再び国道とは名ばかりの山道を抜けて温泉を探す。
山の上のほうにいくと道路わきの小さな滝が凍ってますよ。
やけに寒いと思ってたら氷点下らしい。
たぶん標高1500ｍくらい。
道路上に上から落ちてきたらしい岩が転がっててややびびる。
が、地図上であるはずの場所に温泉がない・・・。
見落としたのかと思って引き返しましたがやっぱりない。
どうも工事で迂回させられてた場所にあるみたい。
しかたがないのでそこから一番近そうな温泉に向かうことに。
最初にその温泉を避けた理由は国道沿いではなく県道沿いだから。
どうせまた山道だろうなあ、と思ってましたが想像以上でした。
道幅は車がすれ違えないのはもちろん、
アスファルト舗装も道幅の2/3くらいしかされてません。
落石はゴロゴロしてるしガードレールもないし激やばです。
途中でダンプとすれ違うときはかなり緊張しました。
ていうか、ダンプがここまで上がってきてることにびっくり。
ダンプの運ちゃんさすがだなー。
なんとか温泉にたどり着いてのんびりお湯につかる。
隣に川が流れていて風情があります。
旅の疲れも少し取れました。
元気になったところで今度は海沿いを南下。
途中のセルフスタンドでガソリンを入れたら
お釣りが現金じゃなくてプリペイドカードで戻ってきやがった。
しかも徳島県の系列スタンドでしか使えないやつ。
げ、残金6000円以上あるよ・・・。
しかたないのでしばらく徳島県周辺をめぐることにしました。
とりあえず道順を確認していったん高知県の室戸岬に行くことに。
海岸沿いのドライブは快適ですな。
あの細い山道から考えると車線が確保されてるだけで安心です。
カーブなんてないようなもんだし。
楽しくドライブして室戸岬へ。
なぜか中岡慎太郎（坂本竜馬の連れの人）の像が建ってました。
室戸岬から夕日を見ながら北上。
現在は高知県安芸市にいます。
明日はぐるっと回って再び徳島県をせめます。
剣山に車で登れるっぽいので行ってみようと思います。
